    ENTRY:

    This is not an entry level qualification for HR, please refer to our Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Human Resource Practice for further information. This qualification is a Level 5 (equivalent to Undergraduate Level) on the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). It is expected that you can demonstrate either an aptitude to study at Level 5 or have adequate HR practitioner experience.

    ENTRY:

    A BTEC level 3 qualification, or adequate performance in GCE A-level subjects, or relevant working experience. Entrants are expected to attend an interview to confirm the suitability of the course for them. It is recognised that mature entrants may not meet these specific requirements and are looking to retrain, but are welcome to apply.

    ENTRY:

    There are no formal entry requirements and suitability is assessed through interview. However, a high level of personal organisation and responsibility for your own learning is required. Full-time, part-time or significant voluntary work is needed to fully engage in work based learning.

    The length of time to complete your award is dependent upon the amount of prior learning to be claimed, and the rate of progress you negotiate with your tutor. However, as a part time student university regulations require you to complete at least two modules each year.
