Hospitality & Catering

We offer a wide range of hospitality & catering courses to suit the needs of all individuals. The facilities we offer for students in this programme area include a production kitchen, bakery and public restaurant (Cristory’s) as well as two further well-equipped training kitchens. Cristory’s offers Table D’hôte lunches, A La Carte lunches, gourmet dinners, afternoon teas, themed lunches, dinners and breakfasts.

Our facilities provide a realistic working environment for you to train in, where our experienced staff prepare you for careers as chefs, bakers, confectioners, waiters, bartenders and baristas. In addition, further study can lead to a supervisory or junior management role within the industry.
