The module is designed to provide an opportunity to develop an evaluative approach to the use of creative thinking and problem solving techniques. The learner is encouraged to reflect on the underlying processes of creative thinking and problem solving, identifying barriers and the effectiveness of potential solutions and tools. Through this module the learner is able to enhance their personal performance and their contribution to, and impact on, the work place driving improvement through creativity, innovation and problem solving.
