Strategies for Building Effective Workplace Leadership

This module enables students to develop an understanding of the factors that influence effective workplace leadership. It investigates key concepts relating to workplace leadership and encourages students to develop (and be aware of) their own individual leadership style.

Overall, the module will support students in building strategies to assist them in developing a personal leadership framework for use in their workplace, including both formal and informal leadership approaches.
