In April 2026, we will be holding the inaugural Adult Learning Festival; an exciting event which supports growth, development and lifelong learning, and the organisation is looking for a sponsor.
The sponsorship, which is for a cost of £3,500, is an opportunity for a local organisation to align itself with learning and development, both for upskilling and career development, and learning that is just for fun.
The Festival will be held on multiple days in April, and will provide opportunities for people to explore new learning opportunities, develop new skills and get hands-on through workshops and demonstrations.
Kerry Birchall, who manages the Adult Learning programme at UCM, said: “I’m so excited about our Adult Learning festival, which will be a real celebration of lifelong learning. Continued learning is so important for us from both a personal and wellbeing perspective, but also thinking about our career development; the event will roll this all together and there will be something for all adults in our community. We’re looking for an organisation to sponsor the Festival which will be both a great way to support development of people in our community and align themselves with the future of skills.”
