No formal entry requirements, however it is ideal for you to have at least entry Level 3 in English and Maths.

What is the course about?

This is a one-year programme of study offering you the opportunity to investigate 4 mandatory units, which include Being Organised, Developing a personal progression plan, Working with others and Researching a topic. Whilst investigating different vocational areas, for example: Applied Science, Business, Sport, Digital Media, Art & Design, Hospitality, Performing Arts (Music) and Information Technology.

Through studying a variety of vocational options, it is hoped that you will widen your knowledge, enabling you to make informed career choices.

What are the days and hours of the course?

Approximately 16 hours a week. Days and times will vary depending on the subjects you choose.

Once an unconditional offer has been received, you will be provided with your timetable during induction in September.
